Listening Sessions

During the Fall 2023 semester, the Strategic Planning Group (SPG) will host more than 90 listening sessions with faculty, staff, students and stakeholders across the University. These sessions will help the SPG discover themes and sentiments for further discernment. Discussions will center around these four questions:

  1. What makes Baylor unique and valuable?
  2. What can we do better?
  3. We know that the world needs a Baylor; now we get to further explore “for what?”  How would you finish this sentence?  “The world needs a Baylor for ______.”
  4. What additional input would you like to share for consideration in the strategic planning process?
