Timeline
The Strategic Planning Group began work in May 2023 to develop and implement a process that includes developing parameters for all phases of their work and outlining a series of listening sessions that will take place throughout the Fall 2023 semester for faculty, staff, students and other members of the Baylor Family. From the input gained in the fall, the group will develop a strategic plan that will guide the work of the University in the years ahead.
The Strategic Planning Group is charged to deliver the University Strategic Plan for consideration by President Livingstone and ultimately for approval by the Baylor Board of Regents in May 2024.
