Strategic Planning White Paper Submission Instructions
The Strategic Planning Group invites members of the campus community to submit a “white paper” describing a strategic, interdisciplinary or cross-functional initiative that you believe warrants consideration as part of the University’s strategic planning process. White papers may describe activities that are new or already underway at Baylor.
- White papers must be 2 pages (or less) in length and include a maximum of 500 words.
- The initiative described must be interdisciplinary or cross functional, involving collaboration between (or among) multiple academic or administrative units (e.g., 2 or more departments, schools or colleges, and/or divisions).
- Each white paper must include a title, primary contact information, a date at which the initiative began or will begin, and answer the following questions:
- What is the initiative?
- What objective is it intended to meet?
- Who is/will be involved?
- Why should Baylor place a strategic focus on this initiative?
